Corporate Governance

Because the initial business operations are still being established, EBS has not at this stage formally adopted any corporate governance, although this will be kept under review with a view to the possible adoption of a suitable corporate governance charter at the appropriate time.

In the meantime the board meets formally on a regular basis.  Members of the board also discuss matters relevant to EBS and its business informally both collectively and individually.  Summary financial reports are provided to all members of the board on a monthly basis.
