Geoff Marshall – Chairman of EBS

Geoff has over 25 years corporate experience in Australia, Europe and North America working with organizations such as Philips Electronics, British Airways Engineering, and Compaq Computers. He has worked with many private and public companies, focusing on business improvement, strategy, financial, business development and growth areas. He is a former Partner with Price Waterhouse, and has held CEO and general management positions with Healthcare of Australia Limited, Rothmans Holdings Limited, Nanosonics Limited, and Orica Limited. With a background in corporate finance and management consulting experience with Price Waterhouse, Geoff has been involved with numerous business restructures and capital raisings, and has successfully demonstrated significant business improvement in both large ASX listed companies as well as small technology start ups.


Paul Lynch– Non-Executive Director of EBS

As Executive General Manager responsible for the Integration of SUNCORP and PROMINA, a merger valued at over $7 billion Paul's team delivered over $350 million in benefits ahead of time. He is known and respected for “getting the job done” and has a reputation for delivery and managing complex problems.
Paul brings a pragmatic senior Executive approach to solving your toughest problems, with a wealth of experience in leadership, continuous improvement, P&L accountability and balancing short term tactical, with long term strategic decisions.


Agim Isai– Managing Director of EBS

Agim was one of the founding members of Corpnet Computer Solutions (a predecessor of Corpnet) in 1997 and has been involved in the growth of the Corpnet business up until Corpnet’s merger with EBS in November 2008.

He has worked in the IT industry for more than fifteen years and  has a diverse range of managerial experience spanning project management, operations, sales and marketing. He has held the position of managing director at Corpnet since November 2004. and holds affiliations with the Australian Institute of Project Management and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Jeremy Martineau - Company secretary of EBS
 

Throughout his career Jeremy has specialised in company transactional work where he has extensive experience in both project-management and advisory capacities.  The main focus of his experience has been private business – often businesses with a strong growth profile or growth prospects. He has a background in law and qualified in 1981. 

He was a partner with a substantial and long-established commercial firm in Birmingham for ten years before moving to Brisbane where he practised with McCullough Robertson from 1996.  He subsequently worked in the corporate finance & investment banking practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was involved in initiating, structuring and managing a number of transactions (equity investments and company sales) to successful completion. 

Although no longer involved in legal practice, he remains admitted to practise both in the UK and in Australia.

He holds a diploma in entrepreneurship studies and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
